2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Once seat confirmed cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation amount will be forfeited.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Participation in our Moonathon or outdoor activity programs requires that you be in generally good health. It is essential that participants with any medical problems and related dietary restrictions make them known to us at the time of booking itself. While we do not normally put any strict health criteria for participation on most of our trips /Events, yet a self analysis of your physical or mental preparedness may be done. Consult a doctor before enrolling if required. We have the right to disqualify any participant at any time during the trip if we feel the participant is physically incapable and/or if a participant’s continued participation will jeopardize either the individual involved, or the group. There will be no refund given under these circumstances. All information provided to us will be treated as confidential and will not be revealed to others.
4. ITINERARY CHANGES & TRIP DELAY:
Itineraries are based on information available at the time of planning and are subject to change. Moonathon organizers reserve the right to change Moonathon dates, people or itineraries as conditions warrant. If a trip must be delayed or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, airline schedules, sickness, or other contingency for which Moonathon organizers or team members cannot make provision, the cost of delays and/or other changes are the responsibility of the participant.
5. PROGRAM CANCELLATION:
Moonathon Organizers reserves the right to cancel a program before departure for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants or logistical problems such as strikes, wars, acts of God, or any other circumstances that may make operation of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments received will be promptly refunded, and this refund will be the limit of Moonathon liability. Moonathon is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the trip,
Moonathon Organizers reserves the right to decline, or accept any individual as a trip member for any reason whatsoever.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
This section defines Moonathon responsibility with respect to all of our trips, including extensions and independent arrangements. Please read it carefully. Moonathon its Organizers, Owners, Directors, Agents, and Employees give notice that they assume no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss, or damage to person or property in connection with any service or facility resulting directly from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control. Reasonable changes in the program may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants. As described in item 5 above, in the event that an expedition must be cancelled, ‘Moonathon’ is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the program. On advancement of payment to ‘Moonathon’ the depositor acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the above recited terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by them.
It is also to be understood and agreed upon, that while ‘Moonathon’ may take safety precautions and care while organizing programs and providing facilities, but in case of any accident, injury, permanent loss or partial loss of life or property to you or your ward (in case of minors), Treks Moonathon” team/organizers, any of its Directors, Employees, Agents and Associations shall not be held responsible in anyway, either wholly or partially.
